PRODUCTS
The BJ Magnets Hand-held Sweeper Magnet consists of a lightweight, stainless-steel encased permanent magnetic block mounted between two robust rubber wheels with puncture proof-tyres. In operation, the handle is fully extended and twisted to lock into position before the Magnetic Sweeper is pushed over the area requiring cleaning. Ferrous metal debris are attracted up and held onto the magnet face.
After the cleaning is complete, the Hand-held Sweeper Magnet needs to be taken to a bin where captured magnetic debris will be discharged from the magnet face by pulling the handle mechanism without any need to touch the captured metal.
The BJ Magnets Hand-held Sweeper Magnet comes either in electro-magnetic model with on/off switch (which is expensive) than/or the/in permanent-magnetic model. Regardless, it comes with a magnetized ground-faced, a handle, a grip and adjustable magnetic strength control (for some electro-magnetic models).
The fully height can be extended to 1100 mm, and the width of the magnetic block is 610 mm housed within a 289 mm wide casing. The Handheld Magnetic Sweeper can lift up to 5kgs of ferrous metal debris.

All our Magnetic Separator Equipment are designed, manufactured and supplied under observation of the principles of the HACCP International Food Safety Standard 0909MAGSEP 1-2010. Moreso, to the bargain of their effectiveness, the internal and external aspect of the magnetic equipment is produced according to the food health and safety standard in terms of the building materials; which is austenitic stainless steel of grade 304 or 316. Thereof upon completion, a certificate of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) which is valid for 12 months is issued; in which case the equipment shall not be subjected to the anual validation.
