APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS
Fluid Traps may be installed horizontally, vertically, or on an angle without affecting their magnetic efficiency.
The benefits of this magnetic separator can be experienced in most cases with no appreciable pressure drop or reduction in flow rates. All units incorporate a sump type housing to trap non-ferrous particles.
Designed for between 2 and 2.5 Megapascal pressure, which is tested at ambient temperature before shipping to the client, the Liquid Trap Magnet comes with eye nuts for of easy-clean of the magnetic rods.

- Fluid flows through the pipeline and into the magnet.
- The magnetic field attracts and traps ferrous metal particles, such as iron, steel, or stainless steel.
- The clean fluid continues flowing through the pipeline, while the trapped metal particles are held in place.
- Periodically, the magnet is cleaned, and the collected metal particles are removed.
- High intensity Rare Earth magnets, which comes in nickel coated. Also available in ceramic either, if necessary nevethless.
- Manufactured to fit any pipeline size, and capable of withstanding high pressure; our Liquid Trap Magnets are designed for pressur as high as 2 to 2.5 Megapascal.
- With the hygienic easy to close and open lid; our magnet is absolutely easy to clean.

All our Magnetic Separator Equipment are designed, manufactured and supplied under observation of the principles of the HACCP International Food Safety Standard 0909MAGSEP 1-2010. Moreso, to the bargain of their effectiveness, the internal and external aspect of the magnetic equipment is produced according to the food health and safety standard in terms of the building materials; which is austenitic stainless steel of grade 304 or 316. Thereof upon completion, a certificate of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) which is valid for 12 months is issued; in which case the equipment shall not be subjected to the anual validation.
